Finger waves and brain waves....discuss.
When you inhale enough hair spray, soon enough the difference between finger waves and brain waves begins to blur. At least that's my theory for the current state of my mind...and I'm sticking to it.
2009 is upon us and I for one am resolved to carpe the diem. Golden handcuffs may be pretty, but a girl can only postpone her dreams for so long. I met Joan Rivers once at a fundraiser. She took one long look and pronounced, "just a simple girl with a dream," and walked on. That's been my motto ever since. The woman is a genius.
My simple-girl dream is to strike out on my own again. I've done it before (well, my twin brother has at any rate) and I can do it again. it's a scary time in a scary world right now, but I'm determined to make my own happiness.
So wish me luck and stay tuned to this channel--I have a feeling I'm gonna need it.
